It's been an exciting time here at WotNot lately!

We've been working hard to improve our offerings, and after a lot of brainstorming and planning, we've made some significant improvements.

We've already made strides in creating a better product, but we've also been working on some bigger innovations that we're excited to share with you.

This article will give an overview of all the improvements and new features and how they'll be helpful to you.

Let’s begin 🚀

1. Outbound bots are now part of the Startup plan

To empower all businesses to send more outbound messages to reach out to their audiences proactively, we're making the "Outbound bots" functionality on the "Startup" plan. Yay!

You can now get your WhatsApp Business or SMS API through a WotNot-supported partner and begin running campaigns.

Pricing: WotNot will charge a flat fee of $0.005 for each outbound send (be it SMS/WhatsApp)

2. Updated outbound bots view

We've upgraded the outbound bots view with more data to view the campaign results in one glance. So you can now instantly get a high-level idea of the campaign's performance from this screen itself.

Every bot card will show results with the following properties,

  • Sent

  • Delivered

  • Failed

  • Seen

  • Replied

Clicking on the numbers will take you directly to the analytics page for richer insights.

3. View outbound bots usage on the billing screen

Similar to the conversations consumed, you can now view the total number of outbound messages you’ve sent on the Billing screen.

4. Jump to support across all flows

We know everyone starts building bots with short flows, though, eventually, as you learn, your bots get a little lengthy and messy.

Our recent "Flow" launch has helped you organize your bot flow and make it less messy and complex.

Now, we're making the "Jump to" action block accessible across all flows of your bot. This means you may be on the home flow of the bot or a sub-flow; you can access the "Jump to" to jump the conversation to your desired action block.

5. Revamped WhatsApp template message creation

We know you faced a few minor issues while building your WhatsApp template. We have gone back to the drawing board and fixed all the topics suggested by you.

Now, experience WhatsApp template creation in a whole-new different view with help articles and videos to guide you across the process.

THAT'S NOT ALL.

We have some minor updates as well 🤩

1. Download outbound bots results in a CSV

View the data of your outbound bots campaign in a CSV to richer analysis of the data.

Also, we saw that while testing/running campaigns users were a little unaware of the reason why the messages were not delivered. For this we’ve added a column “Failed reason” which will help you know why exactly the message was not delivered to the user.

2. Auto-billing for WhatsApp message usage 

If you have purchased the WhatsApp Business API from WotNot, we will auto-bill its usage on the first of every month.

Thereby, avoiding manual methods of payment.

3. Dynamically rendering List, Reply Button, and Options

If you are building a WhatsApp bot and require to dynamically populate the values for the following action blocks:

  • Reply Button

  • List

  • Options

We have now created custom functions that will help you perform the same.

This feature is available on the “Enterprise” plan.
