4 employees of a company (Maruti Techlabs) who are good friends had thought of ordering a gift for their bosses birthday, but unfortunately the gift didn’t turn out to be the same as expected. And after 10’s of calls being placed on hold, they managed to get the refund for their product and got the product from a physical store. When they finally went to give the gift to their boss (which is almost 15 days later), the boss asked why so late?
And on sharing this whole story to their boss, the boss encouraged them to build a platform that would ease this problem. Not only in the e-commerce sector but all the sectors as well so that no person would have to go through such pains as they did. And this way, the idea for Wotnot was born.
