Today, we are releasing WotNot’s biggest ever launch, with a whole lot of tools and features to help you automate your customer interactions.

These new features come at a time when a lot of businesses are suffering from outages and forced to look for a digital alternative either for automating their lead gen or customer support processes.

Our team has been tirelessly working on this launch since COVID 19 struck. And here we are, finally ready to launch the features for YOU!

The features that we are launching today are:

  1. No-code Bot Builder

  2. 14-day Free Trial

  3. Revamped Pricing Plans

To tell you more about this launch, I would first like to tell you why we are launching these specific features. First off, the No-code bot builder-

Build bots effortlessly with No-code Bot Builder

When we initially concocted the idea of building a chatbot platform, we wanted to test the waters with minimal engineering effort to see whether we would reach product-market fit. In doing so, we ideated on using readily available tools to help severely reduce our time to market and help bring WotNot to life faster.

That’s how we came up with Google Sheets, we used it as the interface where our conversation design team would build bots for our customers. Using Google Sheets, we never had to worry about developing features like:

  1. Auto-save

  2. Versioning

  3. Availability

  4. Collaboration

Google Sheets had everything we wanted. But one thing it missed out on was ease of use. Since we pioneered this concept of using Google Sheets to build the structure of the bot, as a customer you had to really understand our way of building it, which was intricate and required technical know-how.

As a result, customers were often frustrated or couldn’t manage building bots on their own. With this we were finding it difficult to scale and add more customers.

What people wanted was something really easy and simple to use

After hours of brainstorming meetings with our conversation design team, who were the frontiers of using Google Sheets, we ideated on creating a no-code bot builder where one could simply create a bot by dragging and connecting multiple blocks together.

Based on customer feedback, we aimed to prioritize ease of use and no-code with the bot builder. And so we began designing and creating wireframes and finalizing the interfaces of the bot builder.

The bot builder is made up of two screens,

  1. Manage bots

  2. The canvas

Manage bots, is where you can manage all your bots. You can perform actions like creating new bots, deleting, cloning a bot.

The canvas is where you will be actually building the bots or tweaking a bot built from a curated template.

You can build bots from a variety of 20+ action blocks, each of which has its own unique function and interface. Each action block has a right panel through which you can configure what that block does. And once you have connected all your action blocks and configured it, you can either preview the bot (to test if it is as per expectation) or deploy it.

What makes our bot builder better?

Unlike our competitors that focus on gimmicky features, we focused on creating useful and productive utility tools that help you build bots faster and better.

Here are five of those utility tools,

Auto-Save Changes

Never lose your changes. Pick up where you left off with auto-save.

Mini Map

Lost in the 7th sub-branch of your conversation flow? Get a bird’s eye view of your entire customer journey through the map.

Version Control

Keep track of all the changes you make, and fall back to previous versions whenever you want.

Undo Redo

Go back and forth with any change you make, making it easy for you to try out different flows.

Auto Layout

Clean up the canvas with a magic wand. Swish and flick!

And lastly, to help everyone jumping into the chatbot bandwagon for the first time, we created a library of ready-to-go templates which are both industry as well as use-case specific. This will help everyone have something familiar to use or modify.

Opening up to the internet with a 14-day Free Trial

No one buys a product without trying it out.

This is very true for any SaaS product. And unlike every other product, we DID NOT follow it. Yup, that’s right, our platform had its doors closed for anyone browsing around on www.wotnot.io to build bots.

Everybody wants to try something new and different. And this is when it hit us and we went to work

We would simply collect their details and our SDRs would reach out to them in a few days after they would qualify in our lead scoring algorithms.

For those who made the cut, our SDRs would usually get in touch with them via email and try to schedule a demo first and then set up a trial account. All this took at least a couple of weeks to execute and there were a lot of holes in the process.

To help solve this, and honor over 1900+ free trial requests we received since the birth of WotNot, we wanted to open up our platform to the internet.

Today, we are allowing anyone and everyone to come to our website www.wotnot.io, and take a 14-day Free Trial completely on their own. In this trial, you will have access to all the features and tools that we provide for a 14-day period.

Revamped Pricing Plan

It’s no secret – pricing can make or break a deal.

Our current pricing model was neither SaaS-like nor enterprise-like, we were somewhere in between as many times our customers need to require the introduction of a new pricing plan.

And growing at a pace, we had tens of pricing plans specific to either industry, use case, or geography. Our sales team got frustrated with managing so many pricing plans and so was our management.

To eliminate this problem, the management team worked on creating a pricing plan that would not just eliminate the struggles of the sales team but also help WotNot sky-rocket its customer acquisition.

Businesses didn’t want to spend hours or weeks deciding which product/platform to go ahead with

Finding the right pricing model

Our management team had reviewed a lot of our competitor’s pricing and read hundreds of blogs to decide on what we should go ahead with.

What our team had noticed was that most SaaS companies provided a variety of plans each with a limitation on either usage or number of features, which would eventually penalize any business for growing by forcing them to switch from a low-tier plan to a high-tier plan, due to the requirements of advanced features or handle the scale.

Keeping this mind we ideated the chatbot pricing centered around keeping it,

  • Easy to compare and choose

  • Cost-effective & Affordable

It is our pleasure to announce that we will provide only one pricing plan. Just one plan for all the features and benefits of the WotNot platform. This way, users wouldn’t have to stare at our pricing page and compare multiple plans to choose from.

Choose to pay monthly or pay annually to receive a 20% discount.

Well, that’s about it.

This is what we have in store for you in our Launch 2020. We hope you like our updates and look forward to seeing you try our platform and automate your customer interactions at scale.
