Product Update - June 2023

We are back after a long hiatus with this month’s product update. This includes some minor and one major product update that we are really excited to share with you.

So, without a further ado, let’s get straight into it.

1. ChatGPT Integration

Yes, the ChatGPT integration is finally here. We have completely transformed our FAQ builder with the ChatGPT integration. We now call it – AI Studio.

With AI Studio, our clients can do the following things.

i. Train ChatGPT-powered FAQ Chatbots in Minutes

With AI Studio, you can create and train FAQ chatbots using advanced AI technology in just minutes. No need for manual coding! It helps you adapt to customer needs easily, providing excellent customer support effortlessly.

ii. Train Bots, Your Way!

You can train your AI model in three ways:

a. From URLs

To train your bot from a URL, simply enter the domain and click on "crawl." This initiates the training process using all the pages listed on that domain. You can also input multiple URLs for training.

b. From Files

You can upload a list of files of different formats like PDF, CSV, .docx, excel, etc. Once the file is added, the AI model will automatically train itself from all the content present inside those files.

2. Multi-lingual Support

As our clientele grew with clients from all over the globe, we started receiving requests for multiple language support. Understanding the importance of native language support, we finally decided to offer multilingual support on WotNot.

Now, WotNot now speaks multiple languages! 

We've added support for:

• English

• French

• Spanish

• Brazilian Portuguese

• Arabic

• Dutch

3. Simplified Trigger Conditions

Our team is always working hard to enhance our client’s experience on WotNot. This time, we worked on simplifying the process of how one can define URLs on the ‘Trigger’ action block.

Now with this latest update, our customers can customize their chatbot’s trigger behavior with conditions like:

• Equals to

• Not equals

• Contains

• Does not contain

4. Self-service Admin Portal for White Label Partners

This month’s product updates have one update specifically dedicated to our white label partners. We have introduced a self-service update where our white label partners can perform various actions and effortlessly manage their white label portal.

With this, they can effortlessly configure:

• Help articles URLs

• Help center URLs

• Fonts

• Colors & branding

• Domain name
