Product Updates – September 2022

With continuous innovations and improvements, WotNot is becoming bigger and better with each passing day. The month of September was no different. This month, we came up with a few crucial updates that will surely bring a smile to many of our clients’ faces.

In this article, we have mentioned all the updates in detail that will help you understand what’s new in WotNot for this month.

ZOHO CRM Integration

Our product updates are incomplete without us announcing a new integration for our clients. Continuing the streak, we have come up with ZOHO CRM integration.

With this, your chatbot will automatically create contacts for you in your ZOHO CRM, making lead generation easy, fast, and, most importantly, automated. This feature is available for all our paid plans —startup, business, and enterprise.

Unread Message Count

Lastly, we have a mini yet useful update. Now, if there are any unread messages from either a chatbot or agent, the user will see a red badge along with the number of unread messages on the chat widget icon.

This will serve as an alert or notification, making communication faster for both parties involved.

Meta WhatsApp Cloud API Support

As soon as Meta announced its WhatsApp Cloud API support on the 19th of May, we were flooded with our client's requests for Meta’s support on WotNot.

And guess what? We heard you.

In our latest update, we have included ‘Meta’ as a WhatsApp API provider. Now, you can directly configure your Meta-associated WhatsApp account on WotNot.

With this, you no longer have to bear the cost of hosting the APIs, as Meta allows you to access the WhatsApp Cloud API for free.
